social media and community management.brands that are alive every day.

Editorial strategy, production, publishing and moderation. On Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

the usual problem

The hard part of social media isn't publishing. It's everything that happens after: weekend comments, the DM at eleven at night, the question that was actually a lead and went cold while nobody was watching.

A human team can't cover 24 hours without the cost turning absurd. And a generic bot answers anything, which is worse than not answering.

what you get

  • Monthly editorial strategy

A calendar with topics, formats and dates, built on the business's real moments and on what last month's data showed actually worked.

  • Copy, assets and publishing

Writing, design, hashtags and scheduling. With client approval in two stages: content first, design after.

  • Comment and DM moderation

Run by our own agents against a brand manual written for your brand, with handoff to a human when it's warranted.

  • Daily analysis and monthly reporting

Continuous performance tracking, not a snapshot at close. The monthly report summarizes thirty days of watching, not one afternoon.

why us

Moderation runs on our own platform, against a versioned per-brand manual: what gets answered, what never gets answered, what escalates to a human and how fast. When the brand changes a rule, it changes in one version and the record shows who changed it and when.

questions we get

Who answers comments — a person or an agent?

Both. The agent answers what the brand manual authorizes and escalates everything else to a person: complaints, sensitive topics, medical questions, anything off-script. A human can take over the conversation at any point.

What happens on weekends?

They're covered. That's the main reason moderation is agent-assisted: holding a weekend with a full human team doesn't add up for almost any brand, and leaving it uncovered has a real commercial cost.

Do you work with brands that don't sell online?

Yes — most of our portfolio. When the sale happens on a shelf or in a store, the conversion you measure is a different one, and defining which is part of the job.
